The overflow goes to a series of 3 24 gallon sumps. The first one contains the skimmer, the last of the tanks contains baffles, auto topoff controller MarinePure Biofilter Block and the return area. The middle tank has 2 500w heaters in it controlled by a Ranco Temp Controller. In this same tank I have 3 MarinePure Biofilter Block (added 12-30-2014), Sera Siporax Professional 15mm Bio Filter for Aquariums and Live Coral 1000ml x5 added April 19, 2016 and 1 Brightwell Aquatics XPORT NO3 BRICK added 8-12-2016. I have a fourth 24 gallon tank that has 50L of SIPORAX POND BIO RINGS 25mm FOR MARINE TANK, POND, SUMPS BIOLOGICAL FILTER MEDIA aboiut 50L worth added May 7, 2016, 1 Brightwell Aquatics XPORT NO3 BRICK added 8-12-2016, 1 Brightwell Aquatics XPORT BIO BRICK added 8-12-2016 and it is feed off the return line. I have about over 1000LBS of Live Rock and 2″ of Live Sand in the 375. The LS and LR have been in different tanks since 1995 so they are well matured. I have mixed sand, Some live and some not, all fine grain sand. I also used Nature’s Ocean Bio-Activ Live Reef Sand from Advance Aqua Tanks, This stuff works great. It makes up 50% or more of the sand in my tanks. It is cheaper than most Live Sand. My Live Rock is a mix of Premium Fiji, Pohnpei, Marshall Island, Caribbean, and Kaelini Tonga Ultra.  I added a Tunze 9430 Skimmer in November 2013.

Extras:
PRECISION MARINE 6 X 24 CALCIUM REACTOR W/EHIM PUMP. This is used to keep my CA, Mag, and ALK up.

Additives:

I soak all the food in Selcon by American Marine Inc and Angelixir by Brightwell Aquatics. I also feed two sizes of Spectrum Thera+A Pellets. I use Instant Ocean For my saltmix.
